WARRANTY POLICY & TERMS OF USE

WARRANTY COVERAGE - FACEBOOK ACCOUNT

You are covered by our warranty if, within 24 hours of purchasing a Facebook account on our system, you encounter the following situations:

 

  1. Initial Login Issues – In case your first login attempt fails due to incorrect UID, password, or 2FA code.
  2. Restricted Ads Account – If your account is limited in creating Camp or adding BM due to pre-restricted ads.
  3. Previously Disabled Ad Account – If your account had a prior disablement for personal ad use.

WARRANTY COVERAGE - BUSINESS MANAGER

Within 24 hours of purchasing a Business Manager (BM) through our system, you have the following warranty rights:

 

  1. Invite Link Accessability – If you are unable to access the BM through the invite link due to errors or expiration.
  2. Advertising Restrictions – If your BM is prevented from advertising, either because it’s unable to create an ad account or the ad account has been disabled.
  3. BM Ad Account Disabling – If your BM’s ad account is disabled while the BM itself is still active.
  4. For Business Verification BM – We offer a 1-to-1 warranty if the green verification status is missing within 3 days from the BM’s purchase date on our system. This warranty is applicable if the BM complies with the terms stated in the party item disclaimer of warranty.

WARRANTY DENIAL - BUSINESS MANAGER

  1. BMs that have had Camps created (including drafts).
  2. BMs where payment information (card) has been added by you.
  3. BMs that have had ad accounts created by you.
  4. BMs that have had Pixels created by you or received Pixels from another BM.
  5. BMs verified through temporary mail services (TempMail, etc.).
  6. BMs experiencing a threshold drop.
  7. Changing the ad account currency within a BM.
  8. For Business Verification BMs, we provide 1 day of warranty support only. After this period, warranty support is not available. This is a standard procedure. This occurs when your product or service violates policies or exhibits suspicious behavior in payment and use from untrusted IP addresses.

WARRANTY DENIAL - FACEBOOK ACCOUNT

Our warranty does not cover the following situations for Facebook accounts:

 

  1. Your account undergoing a checkpoint due to activities such as creating Camp, adding a card, adding BM, adding a personal Facebook account, or registering BM.
  2. Your account being restricted from advertising due to activities like creating Camp, adding a card, adding BM, adding a personal Facebook account, or registering BM.
  3. Your account being self-disabled for personal advertising purposes after activities like creating Camp or adding cards.
  4. Account checkpoint occurring after logging in or altering account information.
  5. Account threshold reduction following card addition or changes in time zone or currency.

WARRANTY COVERAGE - TIKTOK ACCOUNT

Within 24 hours of purchasing a TikTok account through our system, you have the following warranty rights:

Warranty (replacement) is provided only if the account is blocked before purchase. This can be checked by mail or in the account itself by notifications.

WARRANTY DENIAL - TIKTOK ACCOUNT

Our warranty does not cover the following situations for TikTok accounts:

 

  1. Account got locked durring logging in.
  2. Account got locked after adding payment method
  3. Account got locked after posting video.
  4. Account got locked durring altering account information.
 

WARRANTY COVERAGE - GOOGLE ACCOUNT

Within 24 hours of purchasing a Googlle account through our system, you have the following warranty rights:

 

  1. If your account asks for SMS confirmation when logging in
  2. If the account is completely blocked upon entry.
  3. If your Google Ads account is blocked or has restrictions.

WARRANTY DENIAL - GOOGLE ACCOUNT

Our warranty does not cover the following situations for Google accounts:

 

  1. The account was blocked due to login errors.
  2. The account was blocked after launching an advertising campaign or any other actions.
  3. Account got locked durring altering account information.
